4 one-on-one drum lessons with Mr. Lawrence in Boise, in-studio or online.
His experience with drum set includes many genres, not limited to rock, punk, metal, jazz, latin, worship, and contemporary styles. Offers study on hand techniques including push/pull, Moeller, and finger-control, as well as pedal technique including swivel, slides, heel/toe, and the little-known single-pedal "triple-stroke."
Adaptable and student-centered, goal-oriented teaching strategies.
Mr. Lawrence is a graduate student of Music Composition in Azusa, California, holding a triple-bachelor's degree in Applied Piano, Music Theory/Composition, and Music Education, with an Idaho teaching certification in K-12 music, and over 15 years of private teaching experience. His academic studies have always included percussion, and he has experience with mallet-instruments as well.
